Position: IT Manager

Period of performance: 2 years +
Location- Remote location throughout the USA.
Educational Requirement- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.

Required Qualifications:
Manage Laserfiche, and Microsoft Technology projects with the flavor of supporting technologies like Cloud, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence, etc.
Work with the core technology team to introduce the technology to prospects.
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. These plans should be in line with selected development approach – SDLC/ Iterative/ AGILE – SCRUM/ Service – Maintenance.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Meet with clients regularly for requirement elicitation and ensure specific requirements baseline for each project.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
Report, monitor, and escalate project risks along with mitigation/contingency plans to management as needed.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; suggest appropriate tailoring for effective project artifacts.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist delivery manager/Program Managers to achieve objective of predictive delivery management.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals for assigned verticals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Help organization in establishing framework to standardize the selection, planning, delivery and maintenance of IT services within GSG verticals. Support Presales team by providing technical inputs and draft for proposal responses.
Support Sales team by nurturing relationships using account farming techniques.
Support Delivery Manager/Program manager in invoicing and rate negotiation with customers and vendors.
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops educational workshops; reviewing professional publications etc.
