Warranty
EgnyteGov services are covered under the vendor’s standard service availability and support commitments as defined in the applicable Egnyte Service Level Agreement (SLA) and support terms.
Returns
Subscription-based cloud services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once activated or provisioned unless otherwise approved by the vendor.
Tenable Security Center (Scanners + Cloud Services)
Warranty
Tenable products and cloud services are supported under Tenable’s standard technical support and maintenance policies, including security updates and software support coverage during the active subscription period.
Returns
Software licenses, subscriptions, and cloud-based services are non-returnable once activated or deployed unless otherwise authorized by Tenable.
NDepend Developer Seats
Warranty
NDepend software is provided with standard vendor support and maintenance coverage during the active subscription/license period.
Returns
Developer seat licenses are non-returnable after license delivery or activation except in cases of duplicate purchase or vendor-approved exceptions.
IBM SoftwareXcel Enterprise Edition (SWxcel ENT Ed Z)
Warranty
IBM SoftwareXcel Enterprise Edition services and support are governed by IBM’s applicable software support and maintenance agreements, including access to updates, fixes, and technical assistance during the active coverage period.
Returns
IBM software subscriptions, licenses, and enterprise support services are generally non-returnable once activated, delivered, or provisioned.
