Job Description:

The ServiceNow Lead Developer will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions that integrate ServiceNow with a variety of systems and applications, including public cloud service. The role calls for strong leadership skills to manage a team of developers and a deep technical expertise to ensure that the ServiceNow platform is tailored to fit complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the ServiceNow developer team, managing the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform.
-Drive the integration of ServiceNow applications with Azure data services and other systems via APIs and web services, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, enterprise and solutions architects, and data architects/engineers to identify, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform, utilizing scripting, workflow automation, and ServiceNow’s diverse suite of offerings.
-Maintain high coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and quality control checks for efficient and productive output.
-Oversee the debugging and resolution of technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
-Create and execute test cases to ensure the quality of software and applications developed.
-Document code, application functionalities, and technical solutions in a detailed and comprehensible manner.
-Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in ServiceNow development to continuously improve our solutions.

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

-Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with proven leadership skills.
-Expertise in ServiceNow development, including but not limited to scripting, module workflows, and integrations.
-In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and processes like Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
-Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MySQL, SQL, and experience with regional databases.
-Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, with effective communication skills.
-Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
-Experience in API integrations with public cloud services, SaaS solution providing reporting and BI capabilities and other data services using web protocols.
-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
-Moderate proficiency in JIRA/Confluence for agile project delivery and documentation.
